Helpful Hints:
Do not wash your hair everyday. Hold out for as many days as possible. Put your hair in a bun or wear a cute scarf to extend your time. Use dry shampoo, it's a lifesaver. It can be used after a workout to revive hair as well. Living Proof Perfect Hair Day Dry Shampoo.
Once every 7 to 10 days sleep with a deep conditioner in your hair. If you workout in the morning, put hair in ponytail, and wash when you finish your workout. If you shower again in the morning just rinse and style. You can also style many different ways with the conditioner still in, and even add styling products on top. Argan oil hair mask.
