Popsugar Playground
Maggie and I had the best adventure in NYC this summer. It was a virtual playground of fun for any one obsessed with beauty, nutrition and exercise. Going as mother and daughter was a true delight.

The food vendors were so informative. We learned so much about the importance of what goes into our bodies. Here are our top three:
Maggie is obsessed with the daiya dairy free yogurt. We snuck back more times than we should mention to the yasso frozen yogurt bars. and the R.E.D.D plant based protein bars come in fabulous flavors.
FITNESS
We have been in love with Karena Dawn and Katrina Scott from Tone it Up from their very beginning. We started working out with their DVD videos and now we adore their amazing workout App. We follow them on Social Media so we actually felt like we were meeting our friends. Their time tested recipes, food plans and exercise routines we believe would work for anyone.
